Allison and Jake's engagement session at Campbell Valley Park was nothing short of magical. I've known Allison and Jake since our high school days, so when they asked me to capture this special moment, I was beyond excited. We headed to Campbell Valley Park, one of BC's hidden gems, and as the sun started its descent, the whole place lit up with warmth.
The atmosphere was electric as we wandered through the park, trading stories and laughter. It felt less like a photo shoot and more like a reunion of old friends. And in the midst of it all, we captured some truly beautiful moments.
As the sun dipped lower, we found ourselves in a secluded spot, surrounded by fields of tall grass. The light was soft and dreamy, casting a warm glow over everything. Allison and Jake danced, laughed, and whispered sweet nothings to each other—it was like something out of a movie.
But the best part? It wasn't just about the pictures. It was about the memories we made together—the shared jokes, the stolen glances, the feeling of being completely present at the moment. As the sun sank below the horizon, painting the sky in shades of pink and gold, we knew our time was up. But as we packed up and made our way back to the car, I couldn't help but feel grateful for nights like these—nights filled with love, laughter, and the simple joy of being alive.
Allison and Jake's engagement session was more than just a photo shoot. It was a celebration of love, friendship, and the beauty of a sunset in good company. And I feel lucky to have been a part of it.
